Thankful Thursday

Wow, we have so much to be thankful for in this next week. Tomorrow we celebrate our 3 year anniversary of our land. If you have not read out land story you can click here to read it. It has been so hard waiting on God to let us build our little farm out there but we know God's plans are always right so we wait dreaming of the day. The picture below is the day we bought the land and the girls were 2 and 4 at the time.

In the next week and a half we will be celebrating Jaxson's 2 year gotcha day, Paigie's birthday and my birthday.

This picture above is a car that has my dear hubby very excited. Chris is pretty much a mechanical genius and he buys cars that are non-running and fixes them and then sells him. The car above is a Cadillac that God blessed us with one day even though at the time Chris and I were the only ones that saw it as a blessing. When Chris bought this car someone had tried to fix the motor in it and when Chris picked it up the entire front end of the car had to be picked up buckets. Chris was so excited that day because to him it was a challenge. Then about a month ago God blessed us BIG time with another car that had just the right parts Chris needed to fix this one. The car is just about ready to sell now (just needs a cleaning) and we can't wait to see who God has planned to own this car.

OK, gotta go we are going to town with Grandma this morning.
