One very easy and yummy recipe I love is:
Cheez Whiz & Tater Bake
1 lbs ground beef (browned)
1 package (16 oz) Tator Tots
3/4 cup Cheese Whiz
1 Cup Thick N Chunky Salsa
1 can kidney beans
Preheat oven to 425 , mix all together, put in a 13 x 9 dish and bake for 20 minutes.
It's so easy and yummy. I like to put sour cream or ranch dressing on top.
