I found this website, Simply Adorable Blankets, off of one of my yahoo groups. This is a business started by moms of some girls with down syndrome. They also have a sister site where they sell some food items.
If you go to the site read their mission, I love what they wrote at the end.
I am just crazy about kids with down syndrome and maybe someday God will bless us with one of these little miracles.
